Let me share a personal story. 
Early in my journey, my default was to work focused and hard. I would get fully absorbed, skip self-awareness, and push myself by stubbornness. Even though I loved what I was doing, I lost my pull for it. I needed a reset.
After realizing this pattern, I decided to experiment with self-awareness check-ins, continuous adjustments, and rearranging my schedule to align with my natural energy peaks. That simple shift of awareness has had a big impact over many years. My creativity and productivity soared. My work felt enjoyable and meaningful, and the artist in me felt seen and aligned.
Because there’s a rhythm to every life—a dance between focus and rest, work and home, creativity and connection. Over years of living and learning, I’ve discovered that everyday, harmony isn’t about achieving perfect balance. Instead, it comes from listening and responding—repeatedly—to the natural ebb and flow between energy, responsibilities, passions, and relationships. It’s a lifelong practice.
